Objective: In this workshop, students will utilize reflection of the micro and macro to gain insight into the skills they have, the values they hold dear, and the passionate interests that engage them. Students will zoom in on a key experience to appreciate the lessons to be learned from it, then step back to look at the big picture. Finally, students will focus on a path guided by their strengths and passionate interests.

Objective: In this workshop, students identify an artifact that symbolizes their strengths and passionate interests. Students will develop meaning, understanding, focus, and the potential to leverage those strengths and passionate interests that make them unique and learn how to communicate their potential.

Objective: In this workshop, students will identify an area of focus and develop their path based on their findings from the previous workshops. Focusing on the future, students will start applying a system of innovation in order to create their vision of the future, engaging in a strategic process.

Objective: In this workshop, students will learn how to take their questions from Workshop 5 to the ideation stage of the innovation process. Students will engage in intentional, innovative thinking about their future, both immediately and long-term. Students will break down a big challenge into smaller ideas.

Objective: In this workshop, students will move from ideation to concept building by selecting the best ideas from their lists. Students will be guided through reconstruction of their ideas into better, more innovative concepts. Students will work toward a portfolio of valuable personal knowledge and creative assets.

Objective: In this workshop, students will learn how to test and select the best concepts to dedicate time to. Students will learn how to communicate and advance these concepts. Students will move from analyzed and synthesized concepts to a strategic plan for action that can be easily communicated.
